Job Description
As a Netflix Feedback Coordinator with a User Research focus, you will be instrumental in supporting our User Research team by managing the flow of user feedback, coordinating participant recruitment, and organizing data to help us better understand our members’ needs and preferences. This role is crucial for ensuring that user insights are effectively captured, categorized, and made accessible to researchers and product teams, directly influencing the future of Netflix content and product features. You will work closely with researchers to streamline feedback collection processes and contribute to maintaining a robust pipeline of qualitative and quantitative user data.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule user research sessions, including participant outreach, screening, and logistics management.
- Manage and maintain databases of user feedback and research participants, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy policies.
- Assist in the preparation of research materials, such as consent forms, discussion guides, and stimuli.
- Support the User Research team in data collection activities, including note-taking during interviews and usability tests.
- Categorize and tag incoming user feedback from various channels to facilitate analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Design, Marketing) to understand their research needs and facilitate feedback sharing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in feedback collection and management.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A keen interest in user experience, technology, and entertainment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coordinator, administrative, or research support role, especially within a tech or media company.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools.
- Experience with database management or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
