Job Description

No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, paid firearms training to ensure you are fully equipped and confident in your role. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and securely transport cash, valuables, and other sensitive materials between various locations.
- Operate armored vehicles in compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and maintain situational awareness at all times.
- Complete accurate paperwork and maintain precise records of all transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and dispatch.
- Undergo and successfully complete all required firearms training and certification.
- Perform pre-and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Respond to and mitigate potential security threats using established procedures.
Required Skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a firearm permit and any other required licenses.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in an armed capacity after training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to upholding high safety and security standards.
- Successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a public-facing role.
- Familiarity with local geographical area of Kearney, NE.
