Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for various open positions across our diverse client base. Your primary focus will be leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools to build robust talent pipelines. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent research skills, and a passion for connecting people with career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional platforms to actively source, identify, and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent landscapes and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a recruitment, sourcing, or research-related role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with other sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn (e.g., boolean search, X-ray search).
