Job Description
We are actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our vibrant team with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms and public areas. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, to resort standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities daily.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and housekeeping carts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to requests politely and professionally.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
