Job Description
Allegion is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Lead to join our dynamic team in Carmel, Indiana. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership and various departments as needed.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a small team of administrative assistants, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and basic financial record keeping.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software or similar business systems.
- Previous experience in a large corporate or global company setting.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
