Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Limousine Chauffeur to join our elite team, dedicated to providing luxury ground transportation services. As a Chauffeur with EmpireCLS, you will be the face of our premium brand, responsible for ensuring our clients experience safe, comfortable, and timely travel in a sophisticated environment. This role requires impeccable driving skills, a thorough knowledge of the New York City metropolitan area, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service and discretion. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, inside and out.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, attentive service throughout their journey.
- Ensure timely arrival at pick-up locations and efficient routing to destinations, adjusting for traffic as needed.
- Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal operational safety.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients, providing updates as necessary.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably in a luxury or chauffeur service.
- Exceptional knowledge of the New York City metropolitan area, including routes, traffic patterns, and landmarks.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a limousine or private chauffeur.
- Experience driving high-end luxury vehicles.
- Defensive driving certification.
