Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, patients, and staff to the facility.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining accurate calendars.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Assist with various office projects as needed.
  • Learn and adapt to our internal systems and procedures with provided training.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., using email, word processing software).
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
