Job Description
C.H. Robinson is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized WFH Logistics Scribe to join our dynamic Global Supply Chain team. This 100% remote position is crucial for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of complex logistics operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity, supporting supply chain visibility, and facilitating smooth global freight movements from a remote home office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire to contribute to the efficiency of global commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe and input logistics data into proprietary systems, including shipment details, inventory levels, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and update the status of global shipments, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain organized digital records and archives of all relevant supply chain documents, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to company policies.
- Generate routine reports on logistics activities, data accuracy, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., operations, customer service, compliance) to ensure seamless information flow.
- Assist in preparing presentations and summaries of logistics data for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

- Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or logistics support role.
