Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetics Nurse (RN) with a strong focus on Botox and dermal filler injections to join our thriving practice in Green Valley Ranch, Henderson. This role offers an incredible opportunity for an RN passionate about medical aesthetics to work in a high-end environment, providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding cosmetic outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess an artistic eye, strong communication skills, and a dedication to staying current with industry best practices and techniques. A significant portion of compensation will be commission-based, rewarding your skill and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations, assessing needs and developing personalized treatment plans for Botox and dermal filler injections.
- Administer Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and other dermal filler products safely and effectively, adhering to all medical protocols and ethical standards.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including photographs and treatment logs, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment, strictly following infection control guidelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements, techniques, and products in medical aesthetics through continuous education and training.
- Actively participate in promoting clinic services and products, contributing to client acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with other medical aesthetic treatments or duties as required.
Required Skills
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience independently performing Botox and dermal filler injections in a medical spa or dermatology setting.
- Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in various injection techniques and facial anatomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-centric approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certification in Advanced Botox and Filler techniques.
- Experience with other aesthetic treatments such as lasers, IPL, or microneedling.
- Existing client book or strong ability to build rapport and attract new clients.
- Sales or retail experience in a luxury service environment.
