Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Hotel Porter to join our dedicated team for weekend shifts. This role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, possess excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a dynamic weekend position. As a Weekend Warrior Porter, you will be the face of our hotel, assisting guests with their luggage, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience during their stay. Your commitment to exceptional service will contribute significantly to our guests’ satisfaction and the overall reputation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Assist guests with the loading and unloading of luggage and personal belongings.
  • Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist with parcel and package deliveries for guests and hotel operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Support other hotel departments as needed, including front desk and concierge services.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
