Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Online Records Sorter to join our administrative team. This vital role involves accurately organizing, categorizing, and managing digital records within our secure online systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to maintain the integrity and accessibility of critical information. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and categorize a high volume of digital records according to established guidelines and protocols.
- Verify the integrity and completeness of all uploaded documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in record classifications.
- Utilize internal record management software and tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data entry and sorting practices.
- Regularly back up and archive digital files as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
