Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including sandwiches, pastries, and hot beverages, following Greggs' recipes and standards.
  • Operate the till system accurately, handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all service and food preparation areas.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and merchandising to ensure products are fresh and appealing.
  • Support the management team in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
