Job Description
Are you meticulous, passionate about cars, and take pride in your work? Sytner Group in Woking is looking for a dedicated Car Dealership Valeter to join our vibrant team. As a Valeter, you will be responsible for preparing our new and used vehicles to showroom standards, ensuring every car gleams and provides an immaculate impression for our discerning customers. This is a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to perfection. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicles, both interior and exterior, to the highest showroom standards.
- Apply protective coatings, polishes, and waxes as required.
- Inspect vehicles for any defects or areas requiring additional attention before handover.
- Manage stock of valeting products and equipment, ensuring supplies are always available.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet dealership deadlines and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organised valeting bay.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car valeting or detailing.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and techniques.
- Experience working in a dealership environment.
