Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Administrative Professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to our teams. This is a 100% remote position designed for individuals who thrive in a virtual work environment, demonstrating excellent time management and communication skills. While the role is remote, we are offering relocation assistance for qualified candidates who may wish to establish residency in Rhode Island or its surrounding areas to be closer to our corporate presence, though it is not a requirement for the role itself. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office software, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up technology and distributing meeting materials.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
