Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and business locations using your personal vehicle.
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Ensure accurate scanning and handling of packages.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle suitable for package transportation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and dispatch regarding delivery status or issues.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package delivery (e.g., sedan, SUV, minivan).
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs (with assistance for heavier items).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in delivery or transportation.
- Familiarity with the West Valley City and surrounding areas.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.
