Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Aide with a strong focus on talent sourcing to join our dynamic HR team in Portland, Maine. This entry-level to early-career role is crucial in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, helping to identify and engage top-tier candidates for various exciting roles within Electronic Arts. You will play a pivotal role in the initial stages of our hiring process, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
- Assist recruiters in managing applicant flow and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Perform initial screening of resumes and applications against job requirements.
- Support the creation and posting of compelling job advertisements.
- Research new sourcing channels and talent pools to expand candidate reach.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand specific hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience (internship or paid) in a recruitment or administrative support role.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
