Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and love helping people? Sephora is seeking a dedicated Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service exclusively through text-based chat, assisting our valued customers with product inquiries, order support, and general assistance. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. No phone calls are involved; all interactions are through written communication. We’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent writing skills, and a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to customers via live chat regarding products, orders, and services.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and usage inquiries, leveraging your beauty knowledge.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and account management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
