Job Description
Join the vibrant team at Sephora as a Cosmetics Counter Duster! This essential role ensures our beauty counters always look immaculate, creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment for our clients. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our clients expect from a world-class beauty retailer.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all cosmetics counters, product displays, and shelving units.
- Regularly dust and wipe down surfaces, product packaging, and testers.
- Ensure all products are neatly arranged, front-faced, and aligned according to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with tidying up product spills or smudges promptly and discreetly.
- Monitor and report any damaged products or displays to management.
- Support the sales team by ensuring a clean and appealing sales floor at all times.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, especially regarding health, safety, and hygiene.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for scheduled retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
