Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues for Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, etc.).
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of the process.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems.
- Stay updated on the latest Apple products, services, and support procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and security guidelines while handling customer data.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and other Apple operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
- Experience with customer service or technical support in a remote environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a technical support role for a technology company.
- Certifications in Apple products or related technologies (e.g., AppleCare ACSM).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools.
