Job Description
Join our team as an Airport Terminal Mystery Shopper with a critical focus on high security procedures. This unique role involves discreetly evaluating various aspects of airport operations, specifically emphasizing adherence to security protocols, efficiency of security checks, and overall passenger experience within designated airport terminals in Aurora, CO. You will provide invaluable feedback that helps improve service quality, operational standards, and security compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet observations of airport staff, services, and facilities within the terminal environment.
- Evaluate security checkpoints, including staff interactions, procedural adherence, and efficiency.
- Assess overall customer service quality, cleanliness, and operational flow.
- Follow specific scenarios and guidelines to simulate a typical passenger journey.
- Document findings thoroughly and accurately using our online reporting system.
