Job Description

European Wax Center in Ogden is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Waxing Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will support our certified Waxing Specialists, ensure a pristine and welcoming salon, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Waxing Specialists with preparing waxing rooms and setting up equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the waxing rooms and common areas.
- Greet guests warmly, prepare them for services, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage laundry, stock supplies, and ensure all materials are readily available.
- Learn and apply European Wax Center's proprietary waxing techniques and product knowledge.
- Support the front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Actively promote European Wax Center products and services to guests, contributing to sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, efficient, and friendly salon atmosphere.
