Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests with any inquiries, offering directions and local recommendations.
- Perform various errands for guests and other hotel departments as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff by adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
