Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and energetic Corporate Office Restocking Assistant to join our team in Coventry. In this crucial day shift role, you will be responsible for ensuring our corporate office’s snack and beverage stations are consistently well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently to support a positive and productive environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, restock, and maintain all corporate office snack and beverage stations throughout the day.
  • Ensure a wide variety of fresh snacks, beverages, and supplies (e.g., cups, stirrers, napkins) are readily available.
  • Inspect expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of all pantry areas, fridges, coffee machines, and storage spaces.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize new deliveries of inventory, ensuring proper storage.
  • Track inventory levels and report needs for reordering to the facilities management team.
  • Assist with setting up and tidying meeting room refreshments as required.
  • Handle minor equipment troubleshooting (e.g., refilling water dispensers, cleaning coffee machine drip trays).
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service to ensure employee satisfaction with refreshment services.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical stamina; ability to lift and carry supplies (up to 15 kg).
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic communication skills to interact with colleagues and report issues.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar catering, hospitality, or office support role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or stock rotation.
  • Food hygiene certificate (Level 1 or 2).
