Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Netflix Liaison with a professional administrative focus to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key administrative point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and operational support between TTEC internal teams and our high-profile media client, a global streaming leader similar to Netflix. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining administrative workflows, coordinating schedules, and facilitating information exchange to support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for key stakeholders, including virtual meetings and events.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for internal teams and the designated client liaison, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with data management protocols.
- Facilitate information flow between various departments and the client, tracking action items and follow-ups.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, managing resources, and compiling status updates.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proactively identify and address potential administrative roadblocks, offering solutions to optimize workflows.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for professional client interaction.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team environment.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting clients in the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Certification in Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar.
