Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Production Packer to join our manufacturing team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, offering stable income and comprehensive benefits. As a Production Packer, you will be a crucial part of our production line, responsible for ensuring our high-quality snack products are packaged correctly and efficiently, ready for distribution. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining our rigorous food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure proper product flow and seal integrity.
- Inspect products for quality defects, ensuring they meet Frito-Lay's high standards before packaging.
- Manually pack finished products into boxes, crates, or other containers.
- Label packages accurately with product information, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
- Transport packed goods to designated staging areas using manual pallet jacks or by hand.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
