Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and efficient Production Packer to join our manufacturing team in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, offering stable income and comprehensive benefits. As a Production Packer, you will be a crucial part of our production line, responsible for ensuring our high-quality snack products are packaged correctly and efficiently, ready for distribution. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure proper product flow and seal integrity.
  • Inspect products for quality defects, ensuring they meet Frito-Lay's high standards before packaging.
  • Manually pack finished products into boxes, crates, or other containers.
  • Label packages accurately with product information, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
  • Transport packed goods to designated staging areas using manual pallet jacks or by hand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
