Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Microsoft Virtual Support Agent. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional technical support to Microsoft product users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve common software and hardware issues related to Microsoft products.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
