Job Description
Are you a passionate gamer with a knack for organization and teamwork? Microsoft is seeking an enthusiastic E-Sports Team Management Intern to support our competitive gaming initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of professional e-sports. You will work closely with our e-sports team, assisting with day-to-day operations, logistics, and player support. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of e-sports team schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Support team communication channels, ensuring players and staff are informed of critical updates.
- Help manage team equipment inventory, ensuring all gear is ready and accounted for.
- Conduct research on competitive landscapes, opponent strategies, and emerging e-sports trends.
- Prepare post-match summaries and performance reports for internal review.
- Support the planning and execution of team-building activities and community engagement efforts.
