ServiceMaster Restore in Escondido is seeking a motivated Weekend Gutter Cleaner Aide to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are reliable, and are committed to safety. As an Aide, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring residential gutters are clean and functioning properly, contributing to the upkeep and protection of homes in the Escondido area. We provide all necessary safety gear and comprehensive training to ensure you’re equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in the removal of leaves, debris, and blockages from gutters and downspouts.
- Perform visual inspections of gutters and downspouts for damage or potential issues.
- Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment under direct supervision.
- Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines rigorously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.
- Interact professionally and courteously with homeowners.
- Report any structural damage or significant findings to the lead technician.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor manual labor or general maintenance.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of basic home maintenance or cleaning techniques.
