Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI SEO Content Strategist to join our Growth Marketing team. This 100% remote role is crucial for developing and executing advanced SEO content strategies powered by artificial intelligence. You will be instrumental in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing content performance across all HubSpot properties. Leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights, you will craft strategies that not only meet but exceed our growth objectives, ensuring our content resonates with target audiences and stands out in a competitive digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI-driven SEO content strategies that align with overall growth marketing goals.
- Utilize AI tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, content generation, optimization, and performance prediction.
- Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to optimization and distribution, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, product marketing, engineering, and data science teams to execute strategies effectively.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, SEO algorithms, and digital marketing trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Educate internal teams on AI and SEO best practices to foster a culture of search excellence.
- Manage and prioritize content initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve measurable growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in SEO content strategy, specifically with a strong focus on growth marketing.
- Demonstrable expertise in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, MarketMuse) for content strategy and optimization.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with HubSpot's platform and inbound methodology.
