Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading packages from company vehicles and trailers.
- Scanning and sorting packages by zip code and destination.
- Moving packages to designated areas within the sort facility.
- Ensuring the accurate handling and placement of all packages.
- Operating scanning equipment to track package movement.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (without assistance).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a warehouse or physical labor environment is a plus, but not required.
