As a Limo Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and luxurious transportation experiences for our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and limousines, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and catering to their needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the assigned vehicle before, during, and after each trip.
- Plan efficient routes, utilizing GPS and real-time traffic updates to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Adhere to strict schedules for pickups and drop-offs, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
- Handle client inquiries and requests professionally, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
Required Skills
- Valid Illinois Driver's License (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Excellent knowledge of Joliet and surrounding Chicagoland areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional driving or chauffeur experience.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
