Job Description

Tesco is looking for dedicated Trolley Collection Hands to join our team in Sunderland. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our car park and store entrances are clear and well-organised by collecting and returning trolleys efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect trolleys from various points across the car park and store vicinity.
- Safely return trolleys to designated bays and store entrances.
- Ensure car park areas are clear of stray trolleys, baskets, and general litter.
- Assist customers with trolley-related queries or issues when necessary.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to support overall store operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical fitness and stamina for walking, pushing, and lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar outdoor or physically active role is a plus, but not essential.
