Job Description
Mindvalley is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Weekend Spiritual Guide to facilitate engaging online classes. This part-time role is perfect for individuals passionate about spiritual growth, mindfulness, and personal development, eager to share their wisdom and guide our global community. As a Spiritual Guide, you will lead live online sessions, answer student questions, and foster a supportive learning environment focused on spiritual exploration and practical application of mindfulness techniques. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to connect with students from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead live, interactive online spiritual classes and workshops during weekend hours.
- Facilitate discussions and meditations, guiding students through various spiritual practices and concepts.
- Provide empathetic and insightful responses to student questions and concerns in real-time.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe online space for diverse learners.
- Assist students in applying spiritual principles to their daily lives for personal growth.
- Collaborate with the Mindvalley content team to enhance course materials and student experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Mindvalley's spiritual and personal development curricula.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in guiding or teaching spiritual practices, meditation, or mindfulness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Strong ability to facilitate group discussions and manage an online classroom environment.
- Deep understanding of various spiritual philosophies and personal development principles.
- Proficiency with online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for weekend sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in spiritual counseling, mindfulness instruction, or related fields.
- Experience with Mindvalley programs or a similar personal growth curriculum.
- Previous experience in online education or virtual facilitation.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
