Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload packages from delivery vehicles and containers.
- Sort packages by destination or other categories as required.
- Move packages to designated areas, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track package movement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs (without assistance).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Basic literacy and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college, or a recent graduate.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or stockist role is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varying temperatures.
