Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apple Information Specialist with a strong focus on digital data management. This remote role will be crucial in supporting our internal teams and potentially client projects by ensuring the accurate handling, analysis, and dissemination of data within Apple’s ecosystem and related platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Apple products, data privacy, and robust data management practices, contributing to efficient operations and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data integrity across various Apple-centric platforms and systems.
- Perform regular data audits and clean-up to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Develop and implement data collection procedures and protocols specific to Apple devices and services.
- Generate reports and provide insights on data trends, usage, and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Apple data sources effectively.
- Provide technical support and guidance related to Apple data management best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Apple operating system features, data privacy policies, and digital data tools.
- Assist in training internal staff on new data management tools and procedures relevant to Apple technologies.

- Proficiency in macOS and iOS environments.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and database concepts.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, AppleScript) for data automation.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
