Job Description
Are you passionate about social media and have an eye for detail? Social Chain is seeking a dedicated Pinterest Operations Aide to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Pinterest strategies, ensuring the smooth execution of content schedules, and maintaining brand presence on the platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individual to contribute to impactful digital marketing campaigns from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the scheduling, publishing, and organization of Pinterest content, including Pins, boards, and campaigns.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to inform strategy adjustments.
- Perform daily checks on Pinterest accounts to ensure content accuracy, link functionality, and brand consistency.
- Support the content creation team by providing insights on high-performing Pin formats and topics.
- Help track and report on key Pinterest metrics, including impressions, saves, clicks, and follower growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, strategy, account management) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Conduct competitive analysis on Pinterest to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Organize and maintain digital assets and content calendars specific to Pinterest.
- Respond to and escalate community interactions as needed, maintaining brand voice.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency and active use of the Pinterest platform, including understanding of its features and functionalities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital content management and social media best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a remote work setting.
- Understanding of social media marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling or analytics tools (e.g., Tailwind, Sprout Social, Later).
- A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva for creating visually appealing Pins.
