Job Description

As a Virtual Habit Tracker at Noom, you will play a crucial role in our users’ success by providing high-volume, personalized messaging support. This 100% remote position requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others build positive habits. You will engage with a diverse user base, offering encouragement, insights, and accountability through our messaging platform, ensuring a supportive and motivating experience. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with a high volume of users daily through our proprietary messaging platform.
  • Provide personalized, empathetic, and constructive feedback on user habits and progress.
  • Monitor user engagement and identify opportunities for proactive support and encouragement.
  • Escalate complex user issues or technical problems to appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in messaging, adhering to Noom's coaching guidelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our messaging strategies and user support protocols.
  • Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance coaching skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume messaging or communication tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and comfortable learning new software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Health Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in health coaching, customer success, or online community management.
