Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dedicated team, supporting hiring initiatives for Google teams. This is a crucial role focused on identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for various exciting opportunities within one of the world’s most innovative companies. As a Home Based Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with our recruiters to build robust talent pipelines. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK while being part of a supportive and dynamic virtual team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive candidate sourcing using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit against specific job requirements for Google roles.
  • Manage and maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and nurture talent pools for frequently hired roles, building strong relationships with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand precise job specifications and recruitment strategies.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment sourcing.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a recruitment sourcing or resourcing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and strong administrative abilities.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for tech, marketing, or operations roles.
  • Familiarity with Google's culture and products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
