Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shopify Data Entry Clerk to join our growing e-commerce team. This is a 100% remote, entry-level position and a fantastic opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to kickstart their career in e-commerce and data management. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining product data, inventory information, and customer records within our Shopify platform. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the Shopify platform.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels, product variations, and vendor information.
  • Process and organize customer order details and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Assist with data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all Shopify data.
  • Monitor product information for discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure timely and accurate data entry for new product launches and promotions.
  • Generate basic reports on data entry progress and issues.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and best practices for data management and confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify (not required, but a bonus).
