Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Poolside Porter to join our team for the vibrant summer season. This outdoor role is crucial for maintaining the pristine condition and smooth operation of our exclusive poolside area, ensuring an exceptional and safe experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire poolside area, including furniture, sun loungers, and surrounding walkways.
- Set up and arrange poolside amenities, ensuring towels, water stations, and recreational equipment are well-stocked and accessible.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide towel service, and offer support to enhance their poolside experience.
- Monitor the pool area for any potential hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Ensure guests adhere to pool rules and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding courteously to requests.
- Assist with the closing down procedures for the pool area at the end of each day, including securing equipment and preparing for the next day's operation.

Preferred Qualifications
