In this critical role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market reach by identifying and nurturing high-quality leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers within the B2B tech sector.
  • Utilize online databases, social media, and other research tools to gather comprehensive lead intelligence.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies (via email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage potential leads and qualify their interest in Coveo's solutions.
  • Articulate Coveo's value proposition clearly and concisely to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead hand-off and alignment on messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in our CRM system.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share best practices.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or market research, preferably in the B2B tech sector.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and qualify high-potential leads.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
