Job Description
Are you an energetic individual who enjoys being on the move? Menzies Aviation is seeking active and reliable Airport Luggage Trolley Retrievers to join our dedicated team in Birkenhead. This essential role involves collecting and redistributing luggage trolleys across the airport premises, ensuring they are readily available for passengers. You will be walking significant distances daily, contributing directly to a smooth and positive passenger experience. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect luggage trolleys from various designated areas across the airport terminal and car parks.
- Transport trolleys to central collection points and redistribution zones.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of clean and functional trolleys are available at all passenger access points.
- Inspect trolleys for damage and report any issues for maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet operational demands.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers and airport staff.
Required Skills
- Ability to walk long distances and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical fitness and stamina to push/pull heavy loads of trolleys.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Basic communication skills.

- Previous experience in a physically demanding role.
