Job Description

In this role, you will be the face of Greggs, providing excellent service, preparing delicious food, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, handling transactions accurately.
- Prepare a variety of food items, including sandwiches, bakes, and hot drinks, following company standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and customer areas.
- Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are fresh and attractively presented.
- Operate till systems, process payments, and manage cash floats.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
