Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Window Cleaner to join our team in Clifton, Bristol. This is a demanding outdoor role that requires excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames for commercial and residential properties to a high standard.
- Operate various cleaning equipment, including water-fed poles, squeegees, and access equipment (ladders, platforms) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a tidy and organised work area, including proper storage of equipment and chemicals.
- Report any damage or issues found during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients and the public.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina for prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
- Reliability and excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor physical role.
- Full UK driving license.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to working at height.
- IPAF/PASMA certification (training may be provided for the right candidate).
