Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming toy shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Efficiently sort toys by category, size, and destination using manual and automated systems.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) to move and organize inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with products.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and counting.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
