Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Digital Catalogue Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our extensive online product catalogue. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying product information, ensuring all data is consistent, precise, and meets our quality standards. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading e-commerce platform from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update product data, specifications, images, and descriptions into our digital catalogue system.
- Verify existing data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies found.
- Ensure all product information adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and SEO best practices.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to gather necessary data and resolve issues.
- Perform regular audits of the digital catalogue to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Assist in the migration of data during system updates or new product launches.
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Report on data accuracy and progress to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
