Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and friendly Receptionist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Valencia for part-time afternoon shifts. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting our agents with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive attitude. This is an on-site position vital for the smooth operation of our busy office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining the reception area and common spaces, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Performing general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Supporting real estate agents with various tasks as required.
- Handling basic inquiries and providing information to clients and the public.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, particularly in real estate or a professional office setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
