Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Part-time High School Sales Clerk with a passion for fashion and customer service to join our Fayetteville team. This role is primarily focused on weekend shifts, providing an exceptional boutique shopping experience for our valued customers. You will be instrumental in maintaining our store’s aesthetic, assisting customers with styling and product selections, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high school student looking to gain valuable retail experience in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, tidying, and restocking products.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and organizing stock.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and Anthropologie's product offerings.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization standards are consistently met.
- Support special in-store events and promotions as needed.
