Job Description
Are you a problem-solver with excellent written communication skills looking for a remote opportunity? Capita is seeking dedicated Virtual Tech Support Chat Agents to join our growing team. In this 100% remote role, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our customers exclusively through chat, email, and internal knowledge bases. Forget the phones – this role is entirely chat-based! We will provide all the necessary equipment to set up your home office, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed from day one. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via chat and email, addressing inquiries related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Continuously update knowledge on products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
