Job Description

You will be responsible for packing various items, ensuring they are prepared for shipment according to company standards. This role involves light duties, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing and report any issues to a supervisor.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, sealing, and organizing packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment safely after proper training (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) for moving light materials.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift light items (up to 20 lbs) for extended periods.
